some schools - from the age of 8 up to business people, and

In general, most of elementary ESL schools have classes
during the day until early evening, junior high and high ESL
schools have classes from the early afternoon until night
time, and other schools have split shifts(morning classes
and evening classes). |

In general, children ESL schools offer one week paid vacation
in summer, one week paid in winter. Adults ESL schools usually
have one week paid vacation. Plus, Korean national holidays
(approximately 14 days per year). |

Most ESL schools pay 2.1 up to 2.4 million won
per month based on 30 teaching hours (in-class time only)per
week from Monday through Friday (Be aware of that some schools
offer Saturday classes). |

There are three different options; one of them is homestay
with Korean family (which is very rare), but you will have
your own private space. Another option is a three or four
bedroom apartment that will be shared with other teachers.
The last option is a private one-room-studio. |
